At The Equine Sanctuary, we welcome many equine athletes who arrive broken in body and spirit. Through our specialized rehabilitation protocols, most of these incredible horses find healing and strength again. Re-trained for basic dressage and trail riding, they rediscover purpose, and many go on to shine once more in hunters, jumpers, and even 3-Day Eventing.

By adopting a horse, you're giving a brave athlete not just a second chance but a new beginning filled with hope, purpose, and love.

We carefully screen each adoptive home before placing our horses with a no sell, breed or race contract.

We embark on a journey to teach these thoroughbreds respectful ground manners and the crucial people skills they need to thrive in a world beyond the racetrack.
